After you place order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date based on your availability and our driver's route. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days. 

Our driver will call or text you about 20 minutes before arrival. 


Yes, delivery is completely free within our entire service in California.


You can pay directly on our website through GoDaddy Payments, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Maze Wallet.
If you prefer, you can also pay by cash, Zelle, or check by contacting us via phone or Instagram. 


All our meat is carefully selected, frozen immediately after preparation, and delivered in secure packaging. We guarantee fresh taste, perfect texture, and high quality for up to 1 year. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we will replace it promptly. 


All of our meat is inspected  and stamped by the USDA and is processed using up-to-date humane practices emphasizing animal welfare. 


No, but we strongly encourage that arrangements are made to receive the shipment as soon as possible. As all our items are perishable and we are not responsible for products that thaw on the doorstep, please promptly open your boxes and get your meats into the freezer quickly!

Boxes delivered on-time to the correct location will not be eligible for returns for any reason in most circumstances.


Yes, all of our meat is vacuum sealed and flash-frozen minutes after processing to maintain the quality of the meat over a significant period of time.


You may submit a request to receive items that we typically do not carry in stock. Special cuts, whole primals and animals are all considered special orders. We reserve the right to decline any request.
